Powerful Flagship with Dual Rear Cameras but has no OIS?

The OnePlus 5 is the latest Flagship and the sequel to the OnePlus 3T. It offers Dual Rear Cameras which offers overall very good camera performance. However, the lack of OIS especially on 4K is a bit of a deal killer. Anyway, it is a monster on performance and you still get all the features offered by Oxygen OS.
